Some thoughts are just habits and can therefore be broken. If you have thoughts like, “I hate…” or ” I’m not…” or “I can’t…”, more than likely those are thoughts that you developed a habit of thinking. Challenge them. Turn them upside down and truly examine them. Why do you think this way? Is it true or just what you are used to thinking? Is it a story you told yourself or someone else told you long ago that you never bothered to disbelieve? Challenge your thoughts.
