Hydration is key

Quick Tip, Parents:

Kids not drinking enough water? Get them a water bottle in their favorite color, or with their favorite character and fill it with water in the morning. Make sure to keep the water bottle somewhere in the house where the kids can get to it but not play with it – like a kitchen table. Encourage them to drink water throughout the day as they fee like it. This is a great way to monitor how much water they are actually drinking 😉
