Humiliating your children, by yelling at them or hitting them, in hopes of changing an undesirable or “bad” behavior will only give you more of the behavior you want to change. When children are routinely humiliated, they feel bad about themselves and act that out. Our outer world is only a reflection of our inner world. If you want desirable behavior from your children, find ways of making them feel good about themselves on the inside, which will be reflected on the outside.
